Reporting

The b4 Controller keeps a history database on service, hardware, component statuses and any activity preformed via the tool. This is particularly useful in evaluating how a system preformed in the past and proving to a client what work has or has not been done. The Reporting capabilities include:

  • Service Uptime Report - Statistic reports give data on uptime and downtime of devices, services and pods.
  • Login Summary - Summary report of successful and failed login attempts for each user ID between the specified start and end times.
  • Full Login Report - Report for all logins, and logoffs between the specified start and end time User and Group: Creation, Deletion, and Modification Report. Report of all the user/group creations/deletions, password changes, user/group ACL changes, and group membership changes between the specified start and end times.
  • Specific User Activity Report - Report of all activity for the specified user between the specified start and end time.
  • Warning Status Report - Summary Report of all Status Warnings that have occurred between the specified start and end time, for a specified Pod.
  •  Specific Object Status Report - Summary Report of all Status Messages that have occurred between the specified start and end time, for a specified object.
  • Specific Object Activity Report - Report of all activity that has occurred between the specified start and end time, for a specified object.
  • Full System Activity Report - Report of all activity that has occurred between the specified start and end time, for the entire system.
  • Service Level Availability (SLA) Report - Report of service availability between the specified start and end times.
  • Inventory Audit Report - Basic, Full or Summarize Inventory Report for selected devices.
  • Software Provisioning Report - Report of software provisioning on devices and device groups.
  • Measurement Report - Statistical report of objects with measurement data.
  • Monthly Activity Report - Detailed report of managed services for the specified monthly period.
  • Security Report - Detailed report of potential security threat events for the specified start and end times.
  • Rules Engine Activity Report - Report of all Rules Engine activity that has occurred between the specified start and end time, for all or a specified rule that belongs to a rule path.
