Without Monitoring, automation is not possible, that’s why monitoring comes as another advanced feature in b4. With its so called “IT Dashboard” you can see the status of all your hardware and Services on one screen. It has never been so easy to overlook your IT to see if everything is running to your expectations.

Messages from already existing monitoring tools can be included. Interface for popular Helpdesk / Ticket Management tools available for automated event reporting. You also have easy de­ployment of a large number of monitors throughout the network.

  • Each object model has its own state, and as soon as the object is created in AmdoSoft/b4, its monitoring starts automatically.
  • There are several solutions offered by AmdoSoft/b4 for monitoring activity: Use AmdoSoft/b4 existing log file monitor – it has powerful filtering possibilities, but it should be exactly defined what to monitor (e.g. define event source or event’s ID).

With b4 you have several options when deciding on how to deal with a monitored status change:

  • Create rule to automate the monitored status
  • Configure to automatically send email alerts
  • Configure to automatically send mobile alerts
  • View any non urgent status changes when you log into the “IT Dashboard”
