NEW! Starting February 2011 a free 30-days test version of "pcvisit EasySupport 10.0" – a sophisticated remote maintenance software – will be included into b4 as a standard optional APP. Here a summary of the main functionalities:
Enables you to offer support from a remote location by using desktop sharing to see and control pcs as if you where there. 2 to 3 session partners possible
Easily connects through router, firewalls and proxy server
Perfectly safe transfer of data from clipboard, files or folders directly to the desktop of the session partner
Remote-comfort functionalities for uninterruptible support based on reboot and reconnect mechanism. Once support session is opened it is stable till it is closed again. No further activities of the supported partner necessary
Test version can be turned into a full version within one working day after purchase without having to reinstall it
